LEAD Randolph Program Launches in July 2022

At Randolph, our students benefit daily from faculty and staff members who are both experienced and committed to the mission of our school. We value them and understand the importance of investing in their professional and personal growth. This past summer, we welcomed the first cohort of LEAD Randolph, our school's leadership development program for faculty and staff!

The program is spearheaded by three current members of the School's Administrative Leadership Team. (pictured l to r)

  • Adam Bernick, Assistant Head of School for Advancement & Strategy
  • Deb Brink, Director of Information Services
  • Dr. Debbie Hargett, Head of Greengate School at Randolph

The Inaugural Cohort of LEAD Randolph

These six individuals will be involved in experiences that further develop their innate leadership abilities. They’ll also receive mentorship, exposure to a wide range of departments to build their knowledge of school operations, and work over the course of 10 months to develop and execute capstone projects. Congratulations! (pictured l to r)
