Randolph School

Prepare for a Career in Education.

The Randolph Teaching Fellowship is a mentorship-based program that supports recent college graduates as they prepare for a career in education. Randolph is a community of learners and we welcome the opportunity to expand our teaching faculty to represent the diversity of our school and wider community.

The Randolph Teaching Fellowship is an opportunity to join a community of learners who seek challenge, commitment, and strong relationships.

About Our Program

In support of the School's strategic goal of increasing diversity among the teaching faculty, the Randolph Teaching Fellowship Program will:

  • Recruit highly qualified recent and/or early career college graduates from under-represented groups who are interested in teaching in an environment with high academic standards and a supportive community.
  • Pair the Randolph Fellow with an experienced mentor teacher to encourage and guide the Fellow throughout the school year.
  • Provide professional development and mentorship to provide a solid foundation and prepare the Fellow for a career in teaching.
