Where do we pick up our tickets?
All pre-purchased tickets can be picked up in the South Hall Lobby during market hours. Tickets will be available under the name used to purchase them.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes! Tickets and special event tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Please note that special events have limited space, so we recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance to secure your spot. All special event tickets include a market day pass, and children 12 and under are free.

Are shopping bags provided?
Yes! Our generous sponsor, Johnson Orthodontics, provides shopping bags at the door for your convenience. We do not provide shopping carts, so you're welcome to bring a wheeling bag or wagon for larger purchases.

Can we bring a wagon, stroller, or wheeling bag?
Yes! You're welcome to bring a wagon, stroller, or wheeling bag to make shopping with little ones and carrying your purchases easier. Our aisles are wide enough to accommodate them.

Where do I park?
Please see the Von Braun Center parking map for options. There are several other parking garages nearby as well. 

Can I bring outside food and beverages?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. The VBC will have a concession stand and bar available for food and beverage purchases.

Will there be photos with Santa?
Yes! Jeff White Photographer will be taking photos with Santa on Saturday, November 7, and Sunday, November 8, from 12:00-4:00 p.m. Photos are free, and you will have the option to purchase photos once you receive them.
