We were searching for a place that could meet the unique needs of each of our kids academically, socially, and emotionally. From the beginning, it was clear that teachers and staff truly saw our children as individuals. Liza, Turner, and Mac were each thriving in their own way, and all in one place. We have watched them be challenged and supported, grow academically, explore their interests, and develop a stronger sense of who they are. The teachers' investment in them has helped shape their character and confidence. That kind of impact has deepened our desire to give.
We have seen that same sense of care and commitment across the Randolph community, from leadership and faculty to fellow parents and board members. Randolph’s leaders are responsive and thoughtful. They invite parent voices through feedback sessions, hiring committees, and events like Lunch and Learn. They take the time to listen, and they act in ways that show a deep commitment to what is best for students. That gives us confidence in how decisions are made and resources are used.
Randolph is a special place because of its community, its traditions, and the balanced experience it offers students. Students are encouraged to pursue academic excellence, athletic success, and artistic expression. Traditions that begin in kindergarten and continue through senior year create lasting bonds between students and alumni. That continuity fosters pride, connection, and a sense of purpose.
