What is Randolph Connect?

This is a program designed to build durable relationships between Randolph’s students, alumni, and faculty with the talented and creative individuals who live in our wider community. This initiative is focused on connecting Randolph School with those who could serve as mentors in order to form partnerships in Huntsville and beyond that could prove to be of tremendous benefit to all parties in the relationship.

What is the goal of Randolph Connect?

The program envisions involving the entire Huntsville community. We want to enhance independent research, internships, career exploration, experiential education, and other real-world learning opportunities by collaborating with individuals, businesses, non-profits, government entities, military and other institutions in the Huntsville metropolitan area.

Who should be involved?

You should be involved! You can mentor students and alumni. You can enrich the school experience by being a guest speaker, guest lecturer, or subject matter expert. You or your company could host a career exploration for a middle or upper school student, read to or teach a lower school class, conduct professional development for members of our faculty or staff. The possibilities and opportunities are endless.
You can also be a mentee! Are you looking for someone to edit your resume, provide interview skills, job shadow, or discuss college or career goals? Current students and alumni will benefit greatly from this mentorship network.

How do I join?

If you are already a part of the Randolph community, you should have already received an invitation to join via email from PeggyLee Wright (pwright@randolphschool.net). The process of joining is very brief and user friendly and can be done on a computer or phone.

If you are a friend of Randolph, or part of the greater Huntsville community, and do not receive an invitation by September 15, please email PeggyLee Wright to request an invitation.
