Foreman earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Davidson College in North Carolina, after which he taught math at The Darlington School in Rome, Ga. While completing a master’s degree in psychology at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Foreman worked there as a computer lab assistant and statistics lab instructor. After college, he worked for Intergraph Corporation, first as a technical instructor in Huntsville, then as a system support specialist in England. Fluent in Spanish, he then spent four years in Mexico teaching English as a second language and Upper School-level calculus, before returning to The Darlington School, where in recent years he has taught algebra, advanced pre-calculus and computer programming in addition to serving as an assistant cross country and track coach.
