Randolph provides a safe and challenging environment for young adults to pursue their hopes and dreams while offering the structure and support to help them manage the inevitable uncertainties that go hand and hand with youth. As teachers and advisors, our caring faculty strives to foster the ability to make wise decisions and to instill personal pride. They meet weekly with their advisees to guide course selection, encourage good study habits, and communicate regularly with parents. The advisor-student relationship can be powerful in the life of a child. Many advisors seek out their students during the day to applaud a recent achievement, or to express concern over an academic underachievement. Students feel comfortable approaching their advisor with a problem or a concern, knowing they have an advocate that will help navigate academic, social, or personal issues they may be facing.
