The Randolph mission is to prepare students for college and for life. The educational journey is coordinated through three divisions – each carefully attuned to a child’s complex developmental and emotional needs. Administrators work closely together to ensure smooth transitions from one division to the next. An academic council oversees the integrity of the curriculum, while counselors support the health and social issues of a child’s growth. Small classes allow teachers to get to know each student personally and to develop deep bonds that are critical to a student’s ability to succeed. Students have the opportunity to study art, perform on stage, sing a cappella, play sports, create a science project, or write an English essay for a national competition. Through this personal exploration, students discover hidden talents and make lifelong friends along the way.
