Third grade

Lamont earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education and had 15 years of teaching experience when she joined the Randolph School faculty in 1998. A 2nd grade teacher until 2008, when she joined the 3rd grade faculty. She is a member of the National Association for Gifted Children.
