Mitchell joined Randolph's faculty in 2009 after spending 10 years as a 3rd grade teacher at St. Paul's Episcopal School in Mobile where she served on the SACS Planning Committee and was her grade level's chair. Previously, she taught 3rd grade at St. Luke's Episcopal School, also in Mobile.
