RESONANCE PROGRAM
The Randolph School Resonance Program centers on an evaluative process that integrates perspectives from administrators, peers, and students to create a comprehensive portrait of teachers’ effectiveness. The 360-degree feedback generated by the program is analyzed collegially and applied to a strengths-based objective-writing methodology for professional growth. The quantitative data can also be used to place teachers in a faculty-rank or career-ladder compensation system.
The development of the Randolph School Resonance Program was the subject of a doctoral research project conducted by Randolph School President Dr. Eddie Krenson. The project dissertation is available in the presentation /workshops section of the President's Briefcase.
